First we plot the stations on each roughout. Next, we jigsaw out inside the station line. Now we trace the exact station shape (redusing for the hull thickness and mold stringers). |
Belt sand to shape -- and just like that were ready to set up the mold. |

Ripping to 3/4" -- cutting 12 to 1 scarf - -and glue up. "oh ya! Some where along the line the strong back was built." |
